Our bagels are all handmade in house! With an overnight rise in the fridge, we boil them in water with a malt syrup, we then bake them at a nice high temperature. These steps give it the nice 'chew' you look for in a bagel.

  • Plain - As the flavour indicates, your typical white flour bagel, sure to please everyone.

  • Sesame - Our plain bagel recipe, generously sprinkled with sesame seed.

  • Everything Bagels - The dough contains a mix of dehydrated onion and garlic and then topped with sesame seed, poppyseed, onion and garlic.

  • Multigrain Bagel - whole wheat bagel dough mixed with a blend of seeds and grains, then topped off before baking with a sprinkle of the same blend of seeds and grains.

  • Sundried Tomato Bagel - the dough contains sundried tomatoes and asiago cheese, a bagel full of flavour and great for sandwiches.

  • Cheese Bagel - mixed with a blend of shredded cheeses and topped with even more mixed cheese.

  • Jalapeno and Cheese Bagel - Mixed with a blend of cheeses, fresh jalapenos and then topped with parmesan cheese.

  • Cinnamon Raisin Bagel - our plain bagel recipe with a generous amount of raisins and cinnamon mixed in.
